ESG Reporting
MRP provides guidance, data-collection and tools to measure and report on specific factors and metrics used for Environment, Social and Governance reporting. Agile Project Management
MRP uses the Agile Methodology to manage projects as opposed to Waterfall simply because of its flexibility. This method keeps the project flowing as it easily adapts to changing requirements and incorporates continuous feedback. Unlike the Waterfall method which takes a sequential approach, Agile allows for iterative progress, making it less lengthy and costly to implement changes.

Peggy Mazibuko

“It is this passion for both Finance and IT that led to the beginning of MRP!”
Peggy brings a wealth of experience spanning more than two decades in the Finance industry. After completing a BCom (Accounting) degree at Wits University, she started her career in 2004 at a Technology group as a Project Accountant, where she did project pricing, profit analysis, sales forecasts and budgeting for IT projects.
She advanced her Accounting career in the corporate world, acquiring a comprehensive understanding of end-to-end processes: from source data to finalisation of the Trial Balance, inter-company eliminations, consolidation and group reporting of multi-national entities.
Furthermore, she had roles in Payroll administration, Governance, Budgeting, Forecasting and Financial Analysis. A highlight of her career was being part of a Finance Transformation project, which led to her recent technical involvement in Finance Systems implementation.
This was a full circle moment considering her earlier accounting days working on IT projects and it is this passion for both Finance and IT that led to the beginning of MRP!
